The Chemistry Lab · Under development
We could tell you our products are different. We'd rather you discover why. The lab will be a set of experiments you run at home — each one changes a single variable and asks you to observe the result. We're vetting every experiment in our own lab first.
The method
Every guided experiment will follow the same format — the way a real lab notebook does.
What the lab will develop into
At-home experiments with household items and a bottle of Valence. Change one variable — temperature, dilution, aroma, glassware, time — and observe.
Our own working record: hypotheses, setups, observations, and honest conclusions — including the ones that don't go our way.
Twelve tasting axes you build one experiment at a time, so "smooth" turns into something you can actually describe.
Track what you've run, log tasting notes, and build a flavor profile over time.
Nothing here is live yet. We publish experiments only after they've been run, repeated, and vetted on our side of the glass.
